Owners If you own a holiday property in or around        Whitstable then we would be delighted to hear from you. We are always looking for high quality accommodation to add to our portfolio. There is no charge to register with us, or to appear on our website. You only pay when we secure a booking for you. We also put no restrictions on the number of weeks you wish to reserve for yourself.

We are a local company and we offer a friendly, personal service to our property owners and holidaymakers. We do not have an online availability section on the website as we prefer to talk to prospective guests to make sure that we meet their individual requirements and match them to the right property for their needs. Owners are offered two letting options. Either a complete meet and greet service where we arrange the cleaning and the handover of keys to holiday guests, or owners are free to do this themselves.
