This very special family house is situated on the beach at Seasalter, less than 10 minutes drive from the lovely coastal town of Whitstable. It has stunning views out to sea from the back of the house, and overlooks acres of salt marshes to the front. This two-storey detached house offers contemporary and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, and its seaside location, amazing views and light and airy rooms offer a truly magical place to stay. A large raised deck area, with glass screens provides an idyllic, sheltered spot to watch the sunset, whilst barbecuing locally bought fish. For dining out, whilst the wonders of Whitstable are only a short drive away, the Beach House is a fifteen minute walk to the award winning gastropub, The Sportsman.

Ground floor: Open plan living space with kitchen area (washer/dryer and dishwasher), comfy lounge area (with sofa bed) and a large dining table seating 6 people. Sliding patio doors lead to an enclosed raised deck area directly overlooking the beach. Twin bedroom with bunk-beds. Bathroom with bath, shower sttachment and wc.

First floor: A bright loft-style double bedroom with stunning views out to sea. En-suite bathroom with bath and wc.

Colour TV, DVD player and Bose sound system. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Outside decking leading onto beach. Private parking for 2 cars at the front. Dogs welcome with owners approval. £15 extra charge per pet per booking.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
