Enjoy the sea as your back garden in this stunning 3-storey, weatherboard house. Situated directly on West Beach, this house offers uninterrupted sea views from the house and balcony, as well as direct access to the beach, from the enclosed courtyard garden.

Originally owned by Christine Merton, a well-known artist and sculptor, The Beach House contains original artwork including a lovely peaceful sculpture garden.

Just minutes from the famous harbour, shops and restaurants, The Beach House is the ideal property to truly enjoy a seaside holiday. Watch the sailing from your own balcony or play on the beach at the bottom of your garden. For a more active holiday, there is sailing and windsurfing from the Whitstable Yacht Club, the West Beach tennis courts are close by, as is Whitstable & Seasalter Golf Club. There are also miles of cycle tracks and walks through areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Children are very welcome, and can have a magical holiday playing on the beach, crabbing and exploring at low tide.

This property has the added benefit of a private driveway with parking for two cars.

Ground floor: Bedroom 3 - with twin beds and door leading to the pretty, enclosed courtyard garden. En-suite shower room with WC. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor: Superb large double aspect living/dining room with balcony and sea views. Modern, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Second floor: Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed and sea views. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and WC.

Colour TV (with FreeSat), DVD player and CD player. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Two stair gates, one high chair, one travel cot. Library of art and general interest books, and childrens books and board games. Garden furniture and deckchairs, BBQ, childrens beach toys. Welcome pack provided of tea, coffee, milk and wine.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request. Weekly lets start on Fridays or Mondays.

High season short breaks sometimes available - prices on request.
