Ideally located just minutes from the harbour, beach and the lovely Harbour Street shops, this bright, colourful cottage is full of charm and character. It is both comfortable and quirky - the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday in this lovely seaside town.

The cottage has one double bedroom and a ground floor reception room with two single sofa beds and so is ideal for either couples or families with children. The owner welcomes up to two small dogs. There is also a lovely sunny garden room, leading out to a pebbled, courtyard garden which catches the sun in the morning and afternoon.

Ground floor: Lounge with log fire, sofa and dining table with window overlooking garden. Fully equipped galley kitchen with gas oven, fridge, toaster, juicer and smoothie maker and washing machine. Further reception room used as either a quiet second sitting room, or second bedroom with two single sofa beds, and a piano. Garden room with sofa and french doors to enclosed garden, with garden furniture.

First floor: One bedroom with double bed. Large bathroom with overhead electric shower, basin and WC.

Features: Colour TV and digibox, DVD and video player. CD, cassette player and radio. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. Welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk provided. Bedlinen is provided but guests should bring their own towels. Free and safe street parking.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
