Beautiful inside and out. This is a stylishly remodelled fisherman's cottage that is a pleasure to the eye. It has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard and is an eclectic mix of the vintage and modern. The open plan area downstairs is great for families and group entertaining.
Located 2 mins walk from the harbour and high street it's location, in the heart of Whitstable, means that it is perfectly situated for exploring the town and beach.
The owners have been very selective in how they have chosen to decorate the interior and Crab Cottage has a modern, white and clean downstairs with two sumptuously decorated king size bedrooms upstairs. One has an en suite shower and dressing room.
The ground floor has a semi open plan wooden floored living and dining area separated by the staircase. Kitchen with tiled floor. Bathroom with a bath with shower over and WC.
The first has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king sized bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. bedroom two also has a ing sized bed.
Please note that the stairs leading to the first floor are steep and narrow and may be unsuitable for people with limited movement or sight.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided.
Features include a TV with freeview and recorder DVD and CD player. There is also an iPod dock. Central heating so ideal for year round letting. Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.
On street parking. Modern tiled and decked back garden ideal for outdoor entertaining.
Departure and arrival times are usually 10:00 and 16:00, but flexible on request.
