Hoy Cottage is a truly exceptional architect-designed contemporary cottage in the heart of the conservation area in Whitstable. As an urban style house in a famous coastal setting, Hoy Cottage was created to provide discerning guests with the "best of both worlds".

Set just one street back from the beach, the cottage is converted to the very highest standard. It appeals to adults with its stylish d�cor and exceptionally high spec interior, whilst also appealing to families as it has a comprehensive selection of baby and toddler equipment; cots, high chairs, stair gates, bed guards, nappy bins and changing mats, toys, games, books and dvds (see full list under features below).

Ground floor: A lovely open plan space, with American light oak flooring, comprising of lounge, dining area, kitchen and garden room opening out through wide patio doors onto a contemporary, decked garden with seating for 6 people. Kitchen has oven & hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso (capsule) coffee maker.

First floor: Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super kingsize bed, TV. Bedroom 2 has a full sized single bed with a truckle bed beneath and TV. This room can accommodate two cots. Bathroom with WC, large bath and separate large shower/steam room.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 is a loft room with two full sized single beds and air conditioning.
