Native Cottage is a lovely, early Victorian fisherman's cottage situated off Harbour Street in the heart of Whitstable. It is within the conservation area and is a few minutes stroll to shops, restaurants, beach and harbour.

It has been recently renovated to offer a light, bright holiday home with both a contemporary and traditional feel. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage has been decorated in a modern seaside style with lots of lovely wall art and beach themed features.

To complete the perfect Whitstable experience, the owners' beach hut can also be rented, which is a short walk from the cottage.

Ground floor: Comfortable sitting room with woodburning stove. Dining room with table seating up to 6, leading into a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The kitchen has an oven and hop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Outside store with washing machine and freezer, also a handy area to store wet suits and beach paraphernalia. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin. Enclosed, private small decked garden with outside seating.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and wardrobe. Please note: stairs to the first floor are steep and may be unsuitable for people with difficulty in movement/sight.

Second floor: Very steep, narrow stairs with handrail to Bedroom 3 with small (4ft) double bed. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

Features: Colour TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. On street parking. Travel cot and high chair available. Pets are considered - extra charge of £15 per booking.

Beach hut rental charge (plus a £50 good housekeeping deposit): £50 per week/weekend in October to March; £75 per week/weekend in April to June; £95 per week/weekend in July to September. Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
