No. 67 is a Victorian end of terrace cottage perfectly situated a stone's throw from the beach and the famous Old Neptune pub. A short stroll along the sea path will take you to the shops, restaurants and many other attractions that Whitstable has to offer. The cottage has been recently refurbished and makes a comfortable and cosy retreat for four.

No. 67 has all the facilities you would expect of a holiday home, with the additional benefit of a lovely sunny garden featuring a patio with garden furniture and a lawn area.

Accommodation:Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with open fire, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Back door from kitchen leads into the garden.

First floor: Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds. Bathroom with roll-top bath and WC.

Features: Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Travel cot, stair gate and high chair available. Easy and safe on street parking. If pets are allowed, there is an additional £15 charge per pet.
