Set back from the beach on the popular Island Wall, this very special weatherboarded 3 bedroomed detached house, is just minutes from the beach and is an easy walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants of Whitstable.

The house has recently been refurbished in a comtemporary but comfortable seaside style, and offers the perfect holiday home for both families and friends wanting to make the most of this super seaside town.

This property has the added benefit of a driveway with parking for two cars. The owner also welcomes dogs.

Ground floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 have double beds, Bedroom 3 has a single bed with an additional single folding bed converting the room to a twin. There is also another folding bed suitable for a child/teenager. Downstairs WC. Small outside seating area.

First floor: Well equipped kitchen with bistro table and chairs, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas and a fantastic swinging chair. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC (no bath).

Colour TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron and ironing board. Pets welcome - dog bed and bowl provided if required.  £15 extra charge per pet per booking. Welcome pack provided including tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
