A pretty cottage perfectly located on Middle Wall, which runs parallel to the sea at Island Wall. It is just minutes from the beach and harbour, whilst also being close to the lovely shops and restaurants. Tucked behind the main high street, it is a lovely cottage which has been lovingly renovated by its new owners to a very high standard.

It has three bedrooms, a small but private courtyard garden and parking for one car. Please note the stairs are steep and the stairs to the second floor have limited head room. The cottage is opposite a small, family friendly public house.

Ground floor: Kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Dining room. Lounge. Small but secluded courtyard garden with garden furniture. Side alley perfect for storing bikes, kayaks etc.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and wardrobes, Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and wc. Stairs in Bedroom 2 leading up to Bedroom 3.

Second floor: Stairs lead to Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Colour TV and freeview, DVD player, CD player and radio. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. Off road parking for one car.

Pets considered. There is an additional £15 charge per pets per booking.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
