Named after the famous World War II sea forts in the Thames estuary which can be seen from the beach at Whitstable, Red Sands is a modern house recently renovated into a comfortable holiday home.

Just a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach, and all the lovely local shops that Whitstable has to offer, this house is perfect for a family holiday or short break. It is close to a children's play park and easy walking distance to the station with regular trains into London. It has three bedrooms (one ensuite), a large open plan kitchen/dining room and a part paved, part lawned garden.

Ground floor: Lounge with two leather sofas. Large open plan kitchen/dining room - kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Sliding doors from the dining room lead onto a paved patio area with garden furniture and a lawned area.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with twin beds and wardrobe, leading to an ensuite with shower and wc. Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, large shower cubicle with power shower, and wc.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 with twin beds and chest of drawers.

Colour TV (with freeview) and DVD player, CD player and radio. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. Welcome pack provided. Street parking. Pets considered -  £15 extra charge per pet per booking.
