Absolutely fabulous location and very pretty. Located on Whitstable's famous Island Wall this beautiful fisherman's cottage is a pebbles throw from the beach. It's the perfect spot from which to explore the beach, The Neptune pub and the harbour as well as the town itself. It even has a unique corner shop in Windy Corner Stores, which sells local produce, only yards away.

It is very light and spacious inside and has a lovely contemporary seaside feel. The garden is perfect for entertaining, but I bet you will spend more time eating on the beach.

There are tennis courts to hire about 100m away - there are some racquets and ball in the cottage.

Samphire Cottage has WiFi broadband.

There is a beach hut in Tankerton that is available if the owners are not using it. Please enquire at the time of booking. 

Well behaved dogs are considered, but are not allowed upstairs or on any soft furnishings.

The ground floor has a large open plan living and dining room that has a staircase, with bannisters, between the two. A modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine is to the rear and this leads on to a courtyard garden with seating for 4. The bathroom is also downstairs which has bath, basin & WC.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is at the rear and has a double bed, whilst the second is to the front and has twin beds. There is a small children's cot room just through the rear double bedroom.
