Bright, shiny and new. This fisherman's cottage right in the heart of the old town has just undergone a refurbishment and is looking exceptional. It is really spacious inside with a large communal living and dining area thats perfect for family entertaining and relalxing in the evening. It has a great garden for those long summer evening with a pergola under which you can while away the evenings.

Being in the heart of the town it is only minutes from Harbour Street, the harbour and the beach.

The ground floor has a large open plan living and dining room, with seating for 6, that leads on to fully equipped kitchen. This has a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob &  fridge freezer.  There is a shower room with basin & WC as well as a utility room with a washing machine & dishwasher. There is a west facing garden with a patio with seating.

One of the 2 living room sofas is a double sofa bed.

The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin room and a bathroom that has a basin, WC and bath with shower over.

The third, attic floor has a double bedroom.

Please note: stairs to the first floor are steep and may be unsuitable for people with difficulty in movement/sight.
