SEA HOLLY COTTAGE, Whitstable (sleeps up to 8)
Sea Holly Cottage is an Victorian cottage that has been beautifully restored, to create a modern, seaside holiday home. It is light and bright with solid wood floors and decorated with a seaside themes. The property is laid out over 3 floors and has a separate bathroom and shower rooms making it ideal for large family groups.
The cottage is in a superb location, just a stone’s throw from the harbour and beach, as well as a short walk to Harbour Street and the High Street with its perfect mix of traditional greengrocers, bakers, butchers and fish shop interspersed with tempting boutique and gift shops, art galleries and delicatessans.
There is a large garden with a decked area close to the house that is a lovely sun trap.
The owners have lovingly restored this cottage and have
ensured that the furniture and facilities are of a very high standard.
Ground floor: Dining Room with large table and eclectic chairs that can seat 8. Lounge with 3-seater and 2 seater sofas and a lounge chair. Well equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Bathroom: bath with shower mixer, WC and basin. Back door from kitchen leads to garden with garden furniture and umbrella. Also utlity room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor: Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with twin beds,. Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Shower and toilet.
Second Floor : One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite WC & basin.
Wi-Fi, Colour TV & Freeview box, X-Box which doubles as a DVD player. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. Rear access for bicycles. On street Parking. High Chair available.
Linen is included for parties of up to 4 guests. Linen is £25 per week for parties of 4 and above.
