This newly converted apartment is in a superb location in the thriving and historic Harbour Street, which is full of interesting gift and boutique shops, delicatessans, bistros and art galleries. It is also only a few minutes from the beach and harbour, with it's famous fishmarkets.
Access to the apartment is via a courtyard garden (which has shared access with the cheese shop, but the owner is very friendly). The two bedroomed apartment occupies the first and second floors of the building. It has been decorated to a very high standard with all new appliances and contemporary furniture and interior design.

First floor: Kitchen area: well equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. Living/dining room: with picture window overlooking Harbour Street, colour TV and DVD player. Bathroom: a small bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.
Second floor: Two bedrooms. One double bedroom, and one single bedroom (with small single bed).
TV and DVD player. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Courtyard garden with garden seating. Welcome pack included. There is no private parking but street parking is available and there is a large car park within easy walking distance.
