The cottage is in a superb location, just a stone's throw from the harbour and beach, as well as a short walk to Harbour Street and the High Street with its perfect mix of traditional greengrocers, bakers, butchers and fish shop interspersed with tempting boutique and gift shops, art galleries and delicatessens.
There is a garden with wrought iron patio furniture that is a lovely sun trap.
The owners have lovingly restored this cottage and have ensured that the furniture and facilities are of a very high standard.
Ground floor: The dining area has a large table and eclectic chairs that can seat up to 6. Just beyond is the lounge area with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and a coffee table. There is an open fire and TV DVD player as well as HiFi system with an iPod dock. There are wooden French doors that lead out into the garden.
There is a superbly equipped kitchen: with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster & kettle.
The back door from kitchen leads to the garden.
The modern and stylish bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, basin & a traditional heated towel rail..
