Sugar and spice and all things nice. The Old Sweet Shop is located just yards from Harbour Street, the thriving heart of Whitstable. It is a lovingly and beautifully restored Victorian sweet shop that is a few minutes stroll from shops restaurants, beach and harbour.

It has been recently renovated to offer a light, bright holiday home with both a contemporary and yet traditional feel. It has two double bedrooms and a twin room in the converted attic.

The ground floor has a comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove. A light and airy dining room with a table and seating for up to 6 people.. This leads into the newly refurbished large galley kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is to the rear with bath basin, WC and separate wet room shower. There is an enclosed private garden with outside seating.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedroom and in the converted attic there are two single beds that can be converted into a king size.

Please note that the stairs are steep in The Old Sweet Shop and may be unsuitable for people with limited vision or sight.

There is an additional charge for bedlinen and towels for short breaks only of £15 for one bedroom, £25 for 2 bedrooms and £35 for 3 bedrooms.
