The Roost is a Victorian cottage that has been beautifully restored, to create a very stylish and modern, seaside holiday home. It is light and bright with solid wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. It has been lovingly decorated with a seaside themes. The property is laid out over 2 floors and has an additional shower room on the ground floor.

The cottage is in a superb location, right in the heart of Whitstable and quite literally 5 minutes from the beach & harbour. The high street is also very close with its perfect mix of traditional greengrocers, bakers, butchers and fish shops. interspersed with tempting boutique and gift shops, art galleries and delicatessans.

There is a pebbled back garden with 2 outdoor sofas as well as a table & 4 chairs

The owners have lovingly restored this cottage and have ensured that the furniture and facilities are of a very high and contempory standard.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Lounge with 3 seater & 2 seater sofa and TV. Living Flame fire, which make is cosy for Winter breaks. Dining Room with circular table and 4 chairs. Well equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Cupboard contains the washer / dryer. Bathroom 1: Wet room / shower room with WC and basin. Back door from kitchen leads to small side return area into garden with furniture.

First floor: Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed & TV/DVD player. Bedroom 2 with double bed. There is a bathroom off this room with bath, basin & WC.

The stairs to this floor are narrow and steep, which could make this floor difficult to access for people with restricted movement or sight.
