The Ventings is an early Victorian fisherman's cottage situated off Harbour Street in the heart of Whitstable. It is within the conservation area and is a few minutes stroll to shops, restaurants, beach and harbour.

The Ventings has two double bedrooms and has been lovingly renovated in a coastal style and retains many period features, and has wooden floorboards throughout. In contrast is the owners' collection of contemporay art from local artists. It has broadband Wi-Fi.

Ground floor: Comfortable sitting room with open fire. Light and airy dining room with table seating up to 8, leading into the newly refurbished galley kitchen with large range cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and basin. Enclosed, private small garden with outside seating and barbeque.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe. Please note: stairs to the first floor are steep and may be unsuitable for people with difficulty in movement/sight.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 twin room that is convertible into a large kingsize if required. The stairs to this floor are narrow and steep, which would make this room unsuitable for people with restricted movement or sight.
