Witsend House is an elegant double fronted house built in 1890 and situated in a quiet street within the conservation area of Whitstable. It is just minutes from the harbour with its famous fishmarkets, the beach and sailing club. It is also a short walk to Harbour Street and the High Street which offer the perfect mix of traditional greengrocers, bakers, butchers and fish shop interspersed with tempting boutique and gift shops, art galleries and delicatessens.

 

The house is comfortably decorated in a bright, clean contemporary style with an open fire in the sitting room and two good sized double bedrooms plus a single bedroom on the third floor. At the front of the house is a seating area for relaxing and watching the world go by, as well as a small balcony off the front bedroom.

 

Witsend House is opposite Curlew Cottage, so for larger groups the two cottages can be rented sleeping a total of 9 people.

Ground floor: Sitting room with open fire. Well equipped large kitchen with table and chairs, plus: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.

First floor:Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe with balcony. Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe.

Second floor:Attic bedroom with single bed. Bathroom: bath, wetroom shower, WC and basin.

Colour TV and Freeview box, Xbox and some games (also plays DVDs and CDs). Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. On street parking.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
