Woodlawn House is a charming double fronted house, in a quiet street minutes from the harbour, beach and all the great facilities that Whitstable has to offer.

It has been recently renovated and whilst retaining many of its original features, it now offers a large, modern and comfortable holiday home with 3 double bedrooms and lots of space for a great family break. It has two courtyard gardens ideally positioned to catch both the morning and afternoon sun.

The owner is an artist and there are contemporary prints and artworks by known and established artists decorating the house, which can be purchased by guests as a superb memento of a lovely stay in Whitstable.

SPECIAL HEALTH BREAKS ALSO AVAILABLE

The owner is able to offer sessions with a qualified health practitioner specialising in Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy. These therapies are suitable for all the family. Sessions in other therapies can be arranged.

For a heathcare break, a range of restorative or special diets can be arranged to suit specific medical or constitutional needs. A local teacher can offer courses for the more adventurous wishing to explore macrobiotic cookery.

Woodlawn is also the ideal house for people with restricted mobility, as all necessary facilities are on the ground floor with a futon sofa bed in the second reception room and a downstairs shower & WC.

Ground floor: Large open plan kitchen/dining room fully equipped with gas hob & double oven, larder, fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Lounge with an open fire, and small library of books and games. Second reception room, with double futon sofa bed, ideal as an additional bedroom, children's play room, therapy room or a quiet sitting room. Downstairs shower room and WC. Back door to courtyard gardens.

First floor: Three large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. The twin beds can be easily arranged into doubles. Bathroom: roll top bath with shower attachment, WC and basin.

Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player with digital radio and i-pod cable socket. Centrally heated so ideal for year round letting. Iron/ironing board. Welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk provided. Homemade wheat or wheat-free speciality breads can be requested. Household coal and kindling can be ordered. Pets considered -  £15 extra charge per pet per booking.

Departure and arrival times usually 10.00am and 4.00pm but flexible on request.
