This cosy and welcoming Victorian terraced cottage provides delightful accommodation for a family or a couple looking for a restful getaway. The beautiful beach, quaint harbour and vibrant high street are all within half a mile and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. With plenty of space for four adults and two children, this light-filled property features a charming suntrap garden and has been beautifully updated to make a delightful holiday home.

Entering this lovely cottage, you will find a bright open-plan lounge/diner which is a lovely space to relax in, with Smart TV, Netflix, DAB radio, a traditional wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating. You can share a family meal in the spacious dining area and the galley-style kitchen features all the equipment you’re likely to need. Steep cottage-style wooden stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are two pleasant and airy double bedrooms. A further flight of relatively steep, winding, narrow stairs leads up to the second-floor attic which has been imaginatively transformed into a delightful twin room perfect for children. Please note the room has a sloping ceiling and does not have its own door –stairs lead directly into the room. The pretty back garden features a decked area with plenty of seating so you can unwind in the evening with a meal or drinks. Please note the cottage is in the conservation area where parking is free, but space may be limited.

Famous for its Oyster Festival, Whitstable features a pretty beach with rows of colourful beach huts which stretches around the beautiful Whitstable Bay. The high street offers a fantastic range of independent shops and great places to eat and drink. Herne Bay (5 miles), Faversham (9 miles) and the historic city of Canterbury (7 miles) are all within easy reach.

Great cottage in central location which is perfect for walking to the town and beach. The cottage is well appointed with a lovely little garden which is perfect if you are taking your furry friends.

The cottage was perfect for us and the 2 dogs. The courtyard was just enough space for the dogs to wander outside and the location of the cottage to the high street and the beach was perfect. We were very comfortable.

We have just returned from crinkle Cottage and I am so happy how it went. Although he stairs are steep (as mentioned before) It was perfect for us as a couple. Our dog has a bag leg and cannot walk too far so the location was also perfect for her as it was 2 minutes from the high street and beach. I loved how the cottage was quaint and had kept mosRead moret of its old features. The owners mentioned peeling paint after recently decorating. This didn't bother us one bit. Nice cottage in a really convenient place to shops , restaurants stairs are really step like going up a ladder so not suitable for people with mobility issues parking terrible but if you are prepared to hang about you will get a space on the street, car park down bottom of street 2.50 a hour. We absolutely loved our stay at 78 Albert Street. It was homely and well equipped. The little garden provided a cosy place for a drink or lunch even if the weather was not great. The location to town, restaurants and the beach is perfect. There are a few EV charging places nearby in town. Perfect location to explore Kent and Whitstable. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep as in the description so just be aware. We would go back.

We had a lovely stay in this cosy well equipped cottage. It's a great location just a few minutes walk to town centre and harbour, plenty of places to eat nearby.
