Really great location. We stayed on a rainy weekend, but could easily pop out between showers and see and do what we wanted. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Lounge had cosy cushions and blankets. The underfloor heating was brilliant. Family of 4 and one dog lived it.

The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The location was close to the town centre (some noise). Street parking was OK, only more difficult at busy times. We booked because it was dog friendly. However on arrival we were confronted with 2 pages of strict dog rules. The ground floor was all open plan. To adhere to the rules overnight we had toRead more shut our dog in the downstairs toilet so no jumping on furniture or climbing upstairs. Our dog was not happy! "Dog friendly" - he didn't think so! A lovely cottage in a great location very near the high street. Well equipped kitchen . Great bedrooms and bathrooms one with bath. Very comfortable beds plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom one and hanging space in bedroom two. Visited New Year so didnt use the outside space. Lovely cottage. Very handy for the High Street and the Harbour. Autumn was just arriving, the cottage was cosy. The beds were the most comfortable ever! Lovely cotton bed linen, pillows that werent made of foam or rubber and the mattress was good quality . Parking can be a little tricky but we did manage to park for free nearby every day.

Everything in the cottage is done to a very high standard- the owners stay there themselves so nothing is second rate and there is an abundance of equipment. You are 30 seconds away from the high street and three minutes from the beach and it is quiet. Landlady very obliging.

Fabulous place to stay. Stairs are rather steep as this is a period property and they are painted rather than carpeted. No real fire sadly but a good electric version. Very comfy beds and Sally is amazing.
