Stunning property enjoying a prime location in Seasalter, which lies alongside the delightful seaside town of Whitstable that offers plenty of activities for couples and families. The town has a wealth of independent shops and a fine selection of restaurants, cafes and gastro pubs. Enjoy beautiful countryside or coastal walks and a variety of water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. Visit Whitstable Castle, follow the Crab and Winkle Way from Whitstable to Canterbury or take a bike ride along the seafront to Herne Bay (5 miles). Canterbury is just 8 miles away and is the home of the country’s oldest cathedral and the perfect place to enjoy some history, culture and a spot of retail therapy.

This stylish, single-level property has been updated with modern fixtures and fittings and has a very warm and bright character with restful sea views. Step into the entrance hall where there is space for hanging coats before heading into the warm and cosy lounge with a large bay window from which you can watch the boats sail by. Light the wood burner on chilly evenings and curl up with a good book, or settle down to watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for all your culinary needs and a dining table with seating for all is the perfect place for board games after dinner. Just off the kitchen/diner is a cosy snug with a sofa – a quiet spot for enjoying a good book or for older children to escape to. From the snug, head through to the bright sunroom which is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. Savour the morning sun with a cup of coffee and plan your adventures for the day. The property offers two bedrooms: a spacious king-size with Harrison Spinks luxury mattress and a twin. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.

French doors from the sunroom lead out into the fully enclosed garden which has a lovely coastal feel. Enjoy a spot of outside entertaining with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture or curl up with a good book and enjoy the sunshine.

Great location close to the centre of Whitstable with lovely walks in both directions along the coast, as well as inland towards Canterbury. Theres lots to do in Whitstable itself with easy access to Canterbury and surrounding countryside. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped and provides an ideal base for a great holiday.

Paddy's in one of a kind dream come true cosy little cottage. Everything is decorated tastefully and conveniently organised. We enjoyed the sunny little backgarden in the afernoon as well as a little blaze on colder nights. The house is just great, You-feel-at-home kind of great. The city center is far enough to enjoy the calm and the beach is justRead more feet away. If you want relaxing holidays in a cosy cottage near the beach, Paddy's is definitely the place to choose. What a beautiful property! Very clean and well appointed. Everything you could need for the perfect holiday. There are Sea views from the front of the property and only a few steps down the slipway to the pebbled beach. Whitstable pretty little busy seaside town with lots of little shops for pottering. Couple nice sized supermarkets a short drive aRead moreway and lots of small convenience stores within walking distance. The owner Alison was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
