The Old Stables is an excellent home from home. Thoughtfully laid out, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a secure garden for our four-legged friend. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we needed anything (which we didnt as the cottage was so well equipped). The pub across the road is really good and always busy. The location iRead mores also ideal for exploring. We will definitely come back. Hide

Our third visit to this lovely cottage. Close to the village green and Red Lion pub. Excellent off road parking for one car. Not too far from Faversham which has a good variety of shops and restaurants. The train station has regular services to various locations including London. We even used the local bus from Hernhill to Faversham.

This was our second time at The Old Stables in Hernhill, the cottage is very cosy and well equipped and the location is superb. Hernhill village green, the church and of course The Red Lion pub all add to the atmosphere, and the food and staff at the pub are top rate.
