An attractive ground-floor apartment sleeping up to five guests and situated right in the heart of the historic spa town of Harrogate, just 0.2 miles from the Turkish Baths.

This property is in the perfect location for those who want to really get to know the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, as everything is right on the doorstep. The towns conference centre is just a short walk away, as is the towns impressive theatre with its gilded auditorium, both of which offer a full programme of events and entertainment. There are also two cinemas and a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property, giving guests a choice of nights out to enjoy without having to worry about booking taxis. Of course, the town is renowned for its history as a spa town and the Turkish Baths which are located just around the corner from the apartment, give visitors a chance to enjoy a range of spa sessions and treatments.

 

Several external steps lead up to the front door of this building, beyond which there is a communal hall. Entering the apartment, the first room that guests will come to is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a light-filled space with a large bay window which overlooks the front aspect of the property. The breakfast bar which seats four, is situated in the kitchen area, whilst the lounge area occupies the central space and offers two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD with Sky channels, and an iPod dock. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer and slimline dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer meanwhile, can be found in a separate communal laundry room. The first of the propertys two bedrooms is a double room, whilst the second bedroom (accessed via two steps down) can be made up as either a twin on request, as it has two single beds. The bathroom has a sleek, contemporary feel to it and offers both a shower and bath, as well as a WC.

Spent a very special time at the Terracotta apartment. Very comfortable, and Ideally located near to shops , bars and restaurants. If I stay in Harrogate again I will definitely be happy to return to this property.

We found the flat very conveniently located for all local amenities. The flat is comfortable and well appointed and we used it as a base for visiting locations across North Yorkshire.

Clean and well presented, nice touches - tea n biscuits even some chips! Fantastic location and dedicated parking was brilliant. Shower was great. Only let down was appalling mattresses, one side of double bed near window was simply unusable with springs poking up, very uncomfortable. These need replacing asap for future guests. Apartment was clean however the main bedroom is too cramped and bed uncomfortable, second bedroom radiator didnt work . Other maintenance issues which were obviously long standing and have been fixed on the cheap previously. Lounge area uncomfortable for 4 people. Good location and ok for a couple of nights . We were so impressed by the owner whose communication was excellent and resolved issues on the same day (a new mattress was ordered and installed within 24hrs). So convenient for the centre of Harrogate with excellent parking. A great looking apartment with a really well stocked kitchen which made self catering easy.
