Beautiful cottage in rural countryside location, nestled amongst a small hold not far from Lands End.

Set 0.25 miles down a gravelled lane, these lovely Grade II listed barns have been lovingly converted to a good standard. The properties have panoramic countryside views to the rear and are ideal for those who wish to get away from it all to explore this enchanting and rugged area of Cornwall.

Situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas, you will be a short drive away from a wealth of popular beaches, such as Sennen and Porthcurno and attractions which include Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives and the open air Minack Theatre. Set within a tranquil conservation site, guests are welcome to explore the woodland, wetland and heathland, with its abundant wildlife. Alternatively, simply relax in the large garden with a glass of wine watching the world go by.

Farm activities: the owners have goats, hens, ducks and ponies which guests are welcome to handle and help with the feeding run. Amenities: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 4 miles, pub, Post Office and shop 1 mile.

This is a little gem with everything we needed for our holiday. Very comfortable and a nice outside space. Nearby Farm Shop has a good food selection and lovely pasties!

Ivy cottage was a delightful place to stay. Very charming with a lovely garden for my dogs. Such a great location with much to explore all around within a 30 min drive. Plenty of dog friendly beaches and really lush countryside

An absolute gorgeous cottage in a stunning location, very well equipped and extremely clean. A lovely big garden too for the dog who loved his stay here too and made some new friends as well, the goat and horses who come to greet you every morning.. Definitely will be booking again for a re - visit.

We Couldnt fault the cottage, it had everything, even half a pint of milk and some scones and jam when we turned up. We had a lovely welcome from the owners when we turned up. Although the Hosts lived on site we rarely seen them, we were left to our own devices which was perfect. When we did see them on our arrival day they were so welcoming. We felt very safe and secure throughout our entire stay. Very comfortable cottage, ideally located to explore the area. Good size for 2 people and our dogs, the enclosed garden was just perfect, and meeting the very friendly horses over the garden wall each morning was a fantastic bonus. We had a truly amazing week at Ivy Cottage and hope to be back again soon, highly recommended!

We had a lovely week in Hollyberry and Ivy Cottage. They were both well equipped, clean and just what we needed. The gardens were great for the dogs and kids. The owners were very accommodating and friendly but also left us to it :) we would stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful part of the country. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. And great garden for relaxing in and safe for dogs. Our Collie loved it and we were happy she was safe and secure. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely cottage in a nice, quiet location. Perfect enclosed garden for the dog. Close to beaches and lots of places to visit also though. A lot of good walks around the area. Good food at the local pub and a really nice farm shop just down the road too. Would definitely return and highly recommend others to book.

Lovely and remote but a short hop from village store passing excellent farm shop on the way. We pottered to Porthcurno and Logan Rock, Lamorna, Mousehole, Sennen Cove (walked to Lands End), St Just and Botallack mines - so plenty of interest. A perfect place to stay for peace, quiet and tranquility. The cottage is very cosy and just right for a weeks stay with two dogs. Great location and ideal for dog owners. Cottage was more than adequate for a couple with 1 dog & 1 puppy. Could leave the back door open for dogs to come & go into secure garden and not worry about them. Hosts were helpful & friendly.

Whitstable is one of Kent’s most popular seaside towns, not only for its long shingle beaches, dotted with colourful huts and houses, but also for its annual Oyster Festival, when the town really comes alive. Here you can sample this renowned delicacy which has been collected in the area since Roman times and brings visitors from all over the globe to get a glimpse of the first catch of the season. Still a working harbour, you can sample a plethora of seafood from the stalls and restaurants as you watch the fishing boats return from sea, or pop up to the bohemian main street with its quirky colourful shops and galleries. Keep to the seaside theme and hire bikes to ride along the coast to Herne Bay just two miles away, or try the famous inland Crab and Winkle Way, which follows the old railway line between Whitstable and Canterbury and is packed with history and nostalgia. Relax with lazy days at the beach, building sandcastles and exploring hidden rock pools or take a long walk along the vast stretch of shingle beach. The area has lots of other beach walks, as well many country and woodland trails nearby, perfect for both you and the family dog!
